[something something something about this website and my work]

this website is a portfolio
but i like to think of it as a studio with the window wide open (take a peek); a space where my work is visible, be it in progress or currently static; a room of my own online; an archive that is ever-evolving with my practice

within academia i have worked on the triangular relations between reality and film and spaces, with a particular emphasis on process and generativeness

some obsessions of late include:
the politics of process,
nonlinear time,
water,
virtuality as a space in reality,
poetic and magical filmmaking,
utopia/dystopia,
exploring new forms of knowledge-making and sharing

these obsessions take form in various experimental projects and films that are shaped like questions. lately i’ve also been having fun with music video work

and i am available for translation work French <--> English (in particular for project writing, applications for art residencies or funding, and cultural journalism)

you can also find some photography over here

thank you for stopping by

& don’t hesitate to reach out if you would like to work together!
